First Tooth Has Fallen

My baby girl has lost her first tooth. After the initial shock and awe of seeing her tooth in the palm of her hand,  she started squealing with sheer excitement.  My baby girl is growing up and there's no stopping her.

Before bed, she said goodbye to the tooth and thanked it for being so good to her. "Thank you for  helping me chew my food. You'll be missed."

She had so many questions about the tooth fairy:
Is the TF going to take the tooth if we put it in an envelope?
Which pillow should I put the tooth under?
Is the TF going to know which pillow to look under?
Do I really have to be asleep for the TF to come?
Does the TF visit everyone who loses a tooth?
What about animals?
Did the TF visit you when you lost a tooth? Wait a minute mom, did you ever lose a tooth?

Before loosing her tooth, another tooth grew in right behind it. That's why you see a tooth behind the hole. Eventually, the new tooth will work it's way forward into the open spot.
