It's Getting Colder

Cold mornings are upon us.

We had a garage sale on Saturday and we all needed to bundle up to stay warm. Little Sullivan was a trooper!

We sold a lot of items and then donated whatever was left. It always feels good to purge and recycle old and unused items.

These Are The Days is one of my favorite songs by the 10,000 Maniacs. The song reminds us that we are all truly blessed and lucky. Life gives us every day miracles. But most of us are too busy to notice these daily blessings. Slow down, breathe easily and let your senses soak in your surroundings.

I want to remember these days. I want to cherish every hour, minute and second with my children, family and friends. And, I want to teach them to see the beauty in their world and to cherish all that they have.

So, I've titled this blog These Are The Days. These are the days to remember. These are the days to cherish. These are the days to fill with laughter. These are the days to remember that I am lucky and blessed.
