Atlanta's water restrictions have been lifted. Homeowners are allowed to water for one hour with a garden hose between 6 and 9am. Hallelujah!We all went to Pike's this morning to pick out a few perennials. We ended up moving and transplanting some existing flowers and plants around the yard. We were all out in the front yard working, digging and watering. It was a beautiful overcast day. We got everything planted just before the rain came.
